This policy governs all return, refund, replacement, and cancellation requests made on the Quickleet platform operated by KRITRIM TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
This document should be read together with the Terms of Use and forms an integral part of the purchase conditions on the Platform.
1. APPLICABILITY & SCOPE
This policy applies to all purchases made on Quickleet across product categories including:
- Mobile Phones
- Tablets
- Smartwatches
- Gaming Consoles
- Home Appliances
- Computer Accessories
- Screen Guards and related electronics
Return and refund eligibility may vary depending on product type, manufacturer conditions, and listing-specific disclosures.
2. RETURN ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS
A return request will be considered only if all the following conditions are satisfied:
- The request is raised within 3–5 days from the date of delivery
- The product remains unused, uninstalled, and free from damage
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact
- The product is not activated (for electronics where activation applies)
Returns will not be accepted in cases involving:
- Physical damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Tampered or broken manufacturer seals
- Missing components or original packaging
- Products explicitly marked as non-returnable / final sale
3. NON-RETURNABLE CATEGORIES (SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS)
Certain products are excluded from return eligibility, including:
- Software, digital products, or downloadable items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Personal use accessories once opened (where hygiene applies)
- Any item restricted by manufacturer policy
4. RETURN INITIATION & VERIFICATION PROCESS
All return requests must follow the official process:

- Supporting evidence (images/video) may be required for verification
The Company reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject return requests after review
- Request additional information before processing
Upon approval, return instructions will be provided.
5. LOGISTICS & RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are required to ship the product using a reliable courier service unless reverse pickup is arranged
- Return shipping cost is generally borne by the customer
Exception:
Shipping cost will be borne by the Company only if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product was defective or damaged at the time of delivery
6. REFUND PROCESSING FRAMEWORK
Refunds are processed only after:
- Returned product is received
- Quality inspection is completed
Once approved:
- Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Refund exclusions:
- Shipping charges (unless error is from our side)
- Handling or convenience fees (if applicable)
7. REPLACEMENT & DEFECT RESOLUTION
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof (images or unboxing video) is mandatory
If validated:
- Replacement will be arranged at no additional cost
- Subject to stock availability
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated under return conditions
The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
9. DELAYED OR FAILED REFUNDS
If refund is not received within expected timelines:
- User must first verify with their bank or payment provider
- Processing delays may occur due to banking systems

11. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

- Applicable Indian consumer and IT laws
Users retain the right to seek remedies under applicable law in case of deficiency in service or unfair trade practices.
