By accessing, browsing, or transacting on this platform, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms, along with applicable policies such as Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

1. PLATFORM NATURE & LEGAL RELATIONSHIP

Quickleet operates as an electronic commerce platform facilitating the sale of products including:

  • Tablets
  • Smartwatches
  • Gaming Consoles
  • Home Appliances
  • Computer Accessories
  • Screen Protectors
  • Related electronic goods and accessories

The Company acts as a facilitator of sale and fulfillment of orders through its platform and/or authorized partners.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY & ACCESS CONDITIONS

Access to Quickleet is permitted only to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older, OR

In case of material error, the Company reserves the right to:

An order is considered accepted only upon:

is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

14. PRIVACY INTEGRATION

Users are advised to review the Privacy Policy for data handling practices.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
